We are not reselling any of the code provided by third parties unless otherwise noted. We are only providing design, hosting and consultative services using existing products, templates, code and other intellectual property. All third party software, templates and code are the sole property of those respective companies and nothing stated or implied on the CUQuickSite.com website compromises those trademark, copyrights or intellectual rights in any way. We are not transferring, selling, reproducing, creating derivative works from, distributing, or in any way exploiting any of the content of these third parties, in whole or in part.CUQuickSites does not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the templates, modules, code modified or unmodified. We are acting solely as a web design, consultation and agent of the client.

1. Updates: All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s.
   
2. Delivery: Once payment and site copy content has been received we will begin production of your site. Your site may take more than the estimated timeline. This could be cause due to technical errors, technology errors or excessive client errors or edits. Once the site has been completed the Maintenance Agreement will commence and all revisions and edits will fall under the terms of that agreement.
   
3. Ownership:  Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
   
4. Refund policy: Since CUQuickSites is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can not offer refunds. All deposits are non-refundable and cover the expenses of the consultative processes.  Please contact us if you need further clarification on our refund policy.
